Multi-tasking Kim Kardashian promotes her Skechers trainers as she hits the gym

Work-out queen: Heading to a Studio City gym today, Kim Kardashian managed to do a spot of celebrity endorsing by slipping on her 'Shape-up' Skechers sneakers


She was spotted eating a hearty meal of a burger, fries and a muffin earlier this week.

So it comes as no surprise that Kim Kardashian was eager to work off her calorie intake shortly after.

Heading to a Studio City gym yesterday, the reality star also managed to do a spot of celebrity endorsing.

trainers.

The reality star is one of the company's spokespersons' who regularly promotes the celebrity-endorsed shoe.

Kim paired the sneakers with a pair of clingy gym leggings and a tie-dye black and white t-shirt.

The wealthy socialite also used her Hermes Birkin bag as a substitute for a gym bag.

Giving her skin a rest from her usual heavy make-up regime, she went make-up free as she made her way to the exercise session.

'Shape-up' shoes saw a spike in sales following television endorsements by reality television star last year.

The footwear , which have rounded soles, are intended to mimic the effect of walking on soft sand, which Skechers claims helps tone legs and thighs.

Kim surprised and pleased her fans this week when she revealed one of the ways she maintains her famous voluptuous figure.

The 30-year-old reality star displayed a healthy appetite as she dined at a Breadbar restaurant on Thursday with a friend.

Tucking into a hearty meal of burger and fries, complete with ketchup and mayonnaise, and finishing off with a muffin, she showed she was not afraid to indulge.

Today Kim continued her fitness regime by attending a Pilates class in San Fernando, California.

Following the session she picked up some take-away food at California Pizza Kitchen.

As a glamour model and page three pin up she is the envy of many girls who wish they could have her killer curves.

But fans of Kim Kardashian may be surprised and pleased to learn just how she keeps her voluptuous curves.

The 30-year-old reality TV star showed a healthy appetite as she dined at a Breadbar restaurant with a friend yesterday.


Kim, tucked into a hearty meal of burger and fries, complete with ketchup and mayonnaise, before finishing off with a muffin.

And with most Hollywood starlets often seen pushing their salads around the plate it must have been refreshing for diners to see the TV star enjoying her food.

In fact Kim was happy for the meal to be filmed as part of her reality show and as she tucked into her food assistants fixed her mic.

As usual she teetering on sky-high black Christian Louboutin shoes and had enjoyed a spot of shopping before stopping for the bite to eat.

Earlier in the day Kim was spotted heading to the International Dance Academy studio for a little workout.

The singer went for a bright and bold look teaming and bright pink jacket with matching trainers for her trip to the studio and as usual she had her camera crew in tow.

But while she was dressed in comfy clothes, by her own standards at least, Kim was wearing a full face of make-up as she made her way to the exercise session.

The day before Kim had posted a snap of her 13-year-old self and long-time friend Nicole Ritchie, then 12 to her blog as a treat for fans.

Fresh-faced and sported a number of period haircuts which Kim was quick to dismiss.

Launching a new venture: Kim Kardashian records her début single Jam (Turn it Up) on tonight's episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York


Everything Kim Kardashian turns out to be a major success, but she may have her work cut out when it comes to launching a successful music career.

On last night's episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, the curvaceous reality star hit the recording studio to lay down her début single Jam (Turn It up).

Unfortunately, things didn't quite go as planned as Kim, 30, had trouble getting her vocals right.


It's not that easy: Kim had trouble getting her vocals right and walked out of the studio in disgust


At one point, she was so crest fallen, she stormed out of the studio, leaving mega-star music producer The Dream waiting for her to get it together.

It was clear she thought recording a CD would be a piece of cake, but it turned out to be much more difficult than she imagined.

She got a bit of encouragement from her friend, R&B singer Ciara who has had several hits including the single Goodies.

After returning to the studio, Kim began to feel more confident and was able to finish recording the song and even said she was pleased with the recording.

Kim released the single this past Thursday on Ryan Seacrest's KISS FM breakfast show.
The poppy dance track sounded similar to other work by The Dream, who has produced hits for the likes of Rihanna, Beyonce and Kanye West.

'It's a fun dance song,' Kim told Ryan Seacrest, going on to describe the response it got in Las Vegas over New Year.

'We played it in Tao in Vegas and the whole crowd was singing along in the end.'
The reality star-turned singer revealed she was uneasy at first about trying something new.

'I think it's only normal for me to be nervous,' she said.

'I'm human… this is definitely something that I don't do. I needed to step outside my comfort zone. This is a really big deal.'

Half of the profits from the single to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
Kim says she did the song to bring her out of her comfort zone and while she enjoyed it, she has no plans to release an album.
